Not the best time to post--but if I don't now, I'm not sure when I will next. *sigh* I'm tired enough my mood is changing every half minute x_x

Staying busy enough, largely doing well. Work is chaotic but a bit easier for this brief period of time a new hire is being trained, yay! So far, I like her, but I, as usual, flip between wanting to help and show her everything and resenting the possibility that she'll be/is better than me somehow. Not going to act negatively, of course, as much as I can help. Not her fault I'm insecure.

I purchased some few more skeins of yarn for larger crocheting projects than I usually accomplish. Hope to have my 1st afghan done by Christmas. Whether more will follow...merchandizing says this is the very start of a hopeful season, but don't expect I'll give you one even though I'd really like to, okay? I feel I'm the only one who really worries extensively about gifts, and before Thanksgiving this year, I am starting early @_@

I've slept pretty well the last couple of nights, gone to sleep early and everything! So, yes, I dreamt...though didn't trouble myself to make record of them upon waking. The latest involved my preparations for work, so that when I did wake up I was mildly surprised to find I wasn't even out of bed--though at least I didn't dream myself all the way through a routine or to work yet, this time.
Dream of most interest to me: crocodile! In my house. Sitting north of me, in my bedroom. Can't recall this happening before. The room itself was fairly accurate, but it can't have been in proper proportions, because the croc was large and there was still a comfortable amount of space between it by the dresser and wall and me in my bed...er...if there would be such a thing when there's nothing between it and you, that is. This dream sequence involved quite a few people digging through my closet for clothes, which my dream self didn't find so odd. I don't know who all of them were, but not more than a dozen total, including family, nor more than three at a time. *shrug* This explains how there was a guy of no apparent significance idling in front of my closet and at the foot of my bed. He has significance because when I noticed the new presence of the crocodile, he was conveniently there to address, "Look, a crocodile! Isn't it neat!" or some variant, as we watched it munching on a toy? snake. He didn't get the proper chance to agree, as the crocodile lunged across the floor and seized the guy's head in his jaws. I daresay he wouldn't have expressed pleasure, and I was taken entirely by surprise and dismayed. Time to reevaluate the threat reptilians pose; their intended message fails--I feel rather immune. Sorry, extras, they'll always go for you first. Just have to hope they don't go after people I know...
More frightening in recent dreams are tornadoes. Especially since no one else there perceives the danger. Sad to say I overestimate the risk, but only because the storms perversely fade out when I get someone else to acknowlege them. Oh, this? So, this says my troubling problems are more or less easily handled by another. Kinda knew that already, but can notice it again.

Prob'ly won't sleep enough this--morning--but oh, well. As long as I get enough not to grump too much tomorrow.

Hope you are feeling better
